Ingredients

1 can Tuna Guys Albacore Tuna, drained
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup diced apple (I use Granny Smith)
1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use light mayo)
1 Tablespoon chopped basil leaves
2 Torta rolls (I use Costco brand)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Split torta rolls in half and toast the cut side under the oven broiler until golden.
Mix other ingredients together and divide between the two torta rolls.
Serve with a side of fruit for an elegant and delicious lunch!
